Testimonies

Elaine B

Sara has been our family physiotherapist for more than 20 years. Sara has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is always there as a guiding light to help. Sara listens and will always say to you that if find something painful do not do it and to refer back to her. She is not of the philosophy ‘no pain no gain’.
She is very observant and works professionally making sure that all recovery is a one step at a time approach. She is very gentle and often when giving hands on physio will identify the causes of pain and make a plan which puts one’s mind at rest liaising of course with other professionals as and when needed. Sara is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and includes Pilates as one of her many expertise. She is also trained in hydrotherapy.

She is reliable and shows compassion and care to her clients.

Sara has been an absolute blessing for my mother, who struggles with mobility and dementia. Her weekly visits have not only helped keep my mother physically active with essential exercises but have also noticeably lifted her mood and sharpened her cognition. Sara’s warmth, patience, and deep understanding of elderly care make her truly exceptional. She brings a rare combination of professionalism and genuine compassion, making each session something my mother looks forward to. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for dedicated and expert physiotherapy for a loved one.

Please note that additional charges may apply depending on the distance I need to travel for home visits. This is to cover time and travel expenses for appointments outside of my standard service area. I’ll always discuss any potential travel fees with you in advance, so there are no surprises—transparency and fairness are important to me.

I welcome referrals from GPs and consultants, as well as self-referrals—no medical referral is required to book an appointment. Patients with private health insurance are kindly asked to pay for their treatment directly at the time of the appointment and then claim reimbursement from their insurer using the invoice provided. The only exception is for patients covered by Bupa and AXA, where direct billing may be arranged. Please note however, that BUPA and AXA will only cover 30 minute sessions.
